WHY I CREATED
THIS COMMUNITY
When I started Zepbound, I noticed something:
There were medical professionals teaching the science.
There were people sharing their personal experiences.
But there wasn't much in the middle.
No one was taking the research, combining it with real-life experience, and turning it into a practical roadmap.
That's why I created The Betty Collective.
After losing more than 110 pounds, I became certified in nutrition, wellness coaching and personal training because I wanted to understand not just what worked—but why it worked.
The Betty Collective was built from that journey- a place where education, accountability, community, and sustainable habits come together.
